Oil & Gas and renewables

Built for agents who already work this sector. We want upstream and midstream service risks with disciplined operations, clean losses, and owners tired of renting their coverage every year.

Questions

Oil and gas in detail.

Because energy risk is not uniform across basins. Regulation, contract structure, service mix, and loss patterns all move by region. The priority regions are where the program has the best chance of writing profitably, which is what keeps it open for everyone.
Lease operators and non-operators carry a casualty minimum premium of $100,000, and geographic restrictions apply on top of that. Other target classes do not carry the same floor.
No. Offshore is outside appetite across all classes, as is Alaska.
Similar discipline, different weighting. On renewables, geography and risk quality matter more than the class code itself, so a strong operator in a workable state gets further than a marginal one in a target class.
Yes. Bring accounts forward now. Some pieces are still being finalised, including the loss control partner, so an early submission also gets you a straight read on timing rather than a surprise three weeks in.

Working an energy account right now?

The program is in development, which is exactly when it helps to know what is coming. Bring the account forward and we will tell you where it is likely to land.
