It Started with a $300,000 Loss

A few years ago, I lost a client worth $300,000 in annual premium.

Not because of service. Not because of price. Not because of claims.

I lost them because another agent offered something I hadn’t even considered: a captive.

That loss hit hard. I had done everything right—but it still wasn’t enough. And I realized I wasn’t alone. Independent agents all over the country were working hard, playing by the rules, and still losing their best clients to brokers who were offering something different.

That moment changed everything for me. It sparked a mission.

Our program is built for independent agents only, no direct writers, no captive channels.

No BOR Transfers

We will never initiate or accept a broker of record transfer on any of your clients. Period.

Businesses Must Be Represented by Independent Agents

Every business in our captive must come through an independent agent, no exceptions.

We Don't Compete with Agents

We are not an agency. We don't sell direct, we don't prospect your accounts, and we don't compete with you, ever.
